Party Cosmetics

We have worked very focused the past years to complete and develop a line of quality party make-up for kids and adults.  The range consists of grease, aqua and gel based products, which depending on markets and assessments by authorities, can be classified as Toy (2009/48/EC) on top of the Cosmetics classification.  Our make-up products are available in multiple consumer packaging for different events such as Halloween, carnival, national days and sports.

 

All our make-up files fulfill the Cosmetic Directive 1223/2009/EC.
All substances used in our make-up formulation are permitted  (not listed in Annex II - list of substances prohibited in Cosmetics products 1223/2009/EC)

 

Goodmark is responsible for:               

• Factory audits (Good Manufacturing Practice Certificate).           

• Product & packaging development.             

• Stability tests.                 

• Microbiological tests (USP51 & BP, USP61-62 and BP).           

• Product technical file (Composition, Manufacturing process, MSDS, Fragrance, …).      

• Cosmetic Product Safety Assessment (CPSA) / Toxicological Risk Assessment (TRA), which complies with Cosmetic regulations in:          

Europe: Cosmetic Safety Directive 1223/2009/EC Regulation. Australia: NICNAS Cosmetic Guidelines 2007.            

Canada: Cosmetic Ingredient "Hotlist" 2005 as amended + FDA CF-27 as amended.       

USA: FD&C Act – CFR21.

• Consumer packaging approval (Cosmetic & Toy).

• Screening of production batches.

• Batch file.

• Take the lead directly with your customer and authorities in case of complaints

 

                                   

 

Goodmark Europe fulfill for you the obligations:
* As responsible Person for your product (recognized as Responsible Person = Manufactures a cosmetic within the EU or imports a cosmetics into the EU.  A manufacturer or importer may by "written mandate" designate a  person established within the community as the Responsible Person)
* Notification on CPNP EU Portal for your products
* Control of PIP and BFF files (Cosmetics, Toy)
* Keep PIP and BFF files available for request by authorities (Cosmetics, Toy)
* Declaration of Conformity for your PIF and each batch code
